Customize your eBay page: eBay provides access to the sellers to an about me page and a blog. You must use both of them effectively and provide more information to the potential buyers. This creates awareness about your achievements and skills and helps to build buyers confidence in you.

Keep bidding time in consideration: Remember more bids means more profit. If you open and close bid for your product at the time when your target market is either in workplaces or sleeping, then it would be really difficult for you to get more bids.

Maintain records: When you sell products regularly on eBay and you make profit you become liable to pay taxes. Therefore, keeping a record of all the transactions and the prospective buyers is really important for your eBay selling business.

Listing down the shipment methods and costs: Buyers on eBay are always worried about the shipment of their products and its cost. If you pre-define the shipping options and costs to them they feel a bit satisfied which adds to your success as a seller. Therefore, finding a good shipping service for your clients is also important for you.

Getting positive feedback and building high rating: It is important for you to attract more and more buyers on eBay and that is only possible if your feedback rating is high because this adds to your credibility as a seller on eBay. Initially on eBay you must not think about making profit but your focus must be to achieve the break-even and get the positive feedback from the buyers. This will build up your feedback rating.

Provide Customer Support to the buyers: It is really important to provide customer support to the buyers. It is important for you to create a positive word of mouth for yourself and this is only possible if you satisfy the buyers completely. If somehow you not value the buyer your credibility will go down and you will be unable to become a successful seller on eBay.
